Satellite images have shown massive construction activity at the Ngari Gunsa airport in Tibet, located 200 km from the Pangong Lake — the site of skirmishes between the Indian and Chinese troops earlier this month. A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane crashed in Karachi on Friday on a residential area. The flight was on its way from Lahore to Karachi. The pilot reported an engine failure to the ATC minutes before the crash. Two persons on the ground escape miraculously.
